9th HOUSE House no 9 is the seat of Jupiter. In Human body thighs are seen from this house. This house also indicates travels. House no 9 is known as the commencement of luck. Lucky period of the native shall start, good or bad, when the planet in this house becomes effective. This house also sees the religious tendencies. Jupiter is the natural significator. The house is considered to be a great ocean. In case the house is inert, it can be activated through house no 2 if the other two houses namely the house 3 and 5 are unoccupied. Any of the planets who has been dormant till he transits house no 9 and becomes active he will give results at his own age till his period is completed. Every planet has been assigned a particular period of age.
