Rahu is in Aquarius sign at 29+ degrees.And is in 10th house from Natal Moon and from degreewise it forms a sextile aspect with Moon which is more favorable. Currently Jupiter is in Scorpio Sign at 6-53 degrees which is a natal zone of Jupiter in his chart and currently Jupiter's Main period is running which started in Sept 1995 when he was released after 15 Months.Hence this Jupiter indicates positive happenings for him from Status point of view. Jupiter from Lagna (ascendant)aspects Natal ketu in Pisces in 5th house with own sign aspect, Natal Sun and Mercury in Cancer sign which is exalted sign of Jupiter and it also aspects the Natal Moon in 7th house. Mars , being the ascendant lord moves into Scorpio lagna(ascendant) lord and thus fortifies the lagna(ascendant). Sun also occupies the scorpio sign in transit and being 10th lord in first house which is a friendly sign strengthens lagna(ascendant). Mercury and Venus ,though not benefic for this ascendant, but together they minimize the ill effect here in transit.From here they aspect Moon sign Taurus and thus gives strength to Taurus Moon Sign. Saturn is in transit through Leo sign which is 4th from his Moon Sign Taurus and as such he has aspect of Saturn from Leo on his Moon Sign which is not favorable but the presence of Saturn in 4th house propitiates the homely comfort.From Ascendant this goes to 10th house in Leo and from here it strengthens the Rajkeeya (State) Factor.But from here also it asepects 4th house which weakens homely comfort.Now from Sun chart , Saturn leaves the first house and moves into 2nd house which again is good for the Name and Fame, personality and State matters.But this again aspects 4th house from Sun chart and thus restricts homely pleasure. from Saturn and also the 6-8 house aspect over Natal Saturn would be over by 26th August 2006 and then it would be forming Trine aspect with Natal Saturn.Saturn appears to give mixed result In Yogini he is running adverse dasa ruled by Rahu Ketu till next 15months however its impact cannot be easily gauged as Rahu Ketu are exalted in Birth chart. Now in the year chart we see the placement of Jupiter in Libra in 12th house and in Lal kitab year chart it is again placed in 12th house.Jupiter here is very good and is said to be Moksha Karak( Mukti karak ).In the year chart also the Bhukti of Jupiter is running which is favorable.The antar of Rahu though is not favorable.This Rahu is placed in 4th house and is forming chandal yoga.The other factors in year chart are not favorable.And not being discussed due to lack of authenticity of birth time. His year chart ascendant is again Scorpio and is very good for the year chart it is said to form DWIJANMA YOGA which says second birth. Along with this as a remedy He has done a lot of prayers and holy visits during the last few weeks and in past also.This is indication of better thinking on account of better transit of planets.The aspect of Jupiter on 9th house which is exalted sign of Jupiter has brought these changes in him and this should prove to be good to him. The details of year chart and the Birth chart Dasa are not being discussed as the authencity of birth time is still required.The available data indicates mixed fortune.But the analysis on the Basis of transit definitely goes in favor of Mr Sanjay Dutt and this may prove to be saviour.
