Dr Manmohan Singh’s Horoscope , as gathered from some Newspapers/Internet shows Rahu’s Major period running and Venus antar till 27-02-2011.Rahu is placed in 3^rd house in Aquarius Sign and in Navamsa it occupies Taurus Sign in 10^th house ( Saturn occupies Aquarius in 7^th house) and in Dasamsa Rahu is occupying Libra Sign in 6^th house with Saturn exalted over there.It is noteworthy that both Saturn and Rahu.The chair of Prime minister is attained by him in the antar of Saturn in Rahu.Hence it is opined that the Dasa of Rahu is likely to keep him in a very powerful state.Apart from Saturn and Rahu , the placement of Sun Mercury in Virgo Sign in 10^th house ,Moon (8^th lord Venus (6^th & 8^th lord) Mars (12^th lord) in 8^th house in Cancer is forming Vipreet Rajyoga .Ascendant Lord Jupiter in 9^th house is too auspicious.

The transit of Jupiter in Capricorn during 9^th December 2008 onwards till Dec 2009 was auspiciously aspecting the trio of Venus Moon Mars and Sun Mercury combination in 10^th house. Hence this transit of Jupiter was favourable and helpful.

In the year chart Sagittarius ascendant is rising with Rahu placed in it.Jupiter(R) is placed in Pisces Sign in 4th house , Moon in Aries in 5th house.Ketu with Muntha is placed in 7th house.Mercury in 9th house, Saturn Sun in 10th house, Venus Mars in 11th house.

In Navamsa Chart Cancer Ascendant is rising, Jupiter Rahu in leo, Moon mercury in Scorpio, Ketu Mars Muntha in Aquarius, Venus in Pisces,Saturn Sun in Aries sign.Saturn and Mars are forming exchange of houses in Navamsa Chart.

 Saturn Mars and Ketu are not favorably placed.

Saturn is placed in 10th house with Sun in Aries sign which is debilitated sign of Saturn,

Rahu is placed in 1st house in year chart thus indicating that there might be some confusions in PMO relating to some policies.

In the year chart Rahu Mudda Dasa runs till 21st November 2010.This is the period which requires more contemplation and careful approach in sensitive matters.

Saturn mudda dasa runs in the year chart from 9th january 2011 to 7th March 2011.This is again a period which may require caution as Saturn is debilitated in the Navamsa Chart.In Dasamsa Chart , it is however not unfavorable and is normal.

Ketu runs from 28th April 2011 to 19th May 2011.Ketu is debilitated in year chart in 7th house and and with Mars in Aquarius sign in Navamsa hence this is a period which may require safety concers to be given priority.There might be some attempt to break some safety somewhere.

Over all the year chart shows some trouble on health front to Dr Manmohan Singh and he is advised to take abundant precaution for his health.

IN THE BIRTH CHART

In the Birth Chart Rahu Sun Dasa is starting from 27th February 2011.In his Birth Chart Rahu is very strong in 3rd house and Sun is lord of 9th house present in 10th house with Mercury thus forming Rajyoga, In Navamsa Rahu is exalted in 10th house and Sun is exalted in 9th house again very bright indications.In Dasamsa Chart Rahu is  in 6th house and Sun is in own sign Leo in 4th house.Thus indicating that the Dasa may be very  good and should make him moving in a direction to make such policies which may earn him more Fame across the World.

The period 1st May 2011 to 20th June 2011 is governed by Rahu Sun Rahu and from 2nd August 2011 to 24th Sept 2011 is governed by Rahu Sun Saturn.The Month of March April 2011 will be witnessing the transit of Retrograde Saturn over Natal Sun in the Nakshatra of Moon which may bring some anxious moments.

Now let us examine the status of transit.In transit Rahu is in Sagittarius and which is not an auspicious sign for transit of Rahu.Rahu here is debilitated.Sagittarius is Ascendant of Dr Singh as such when Rahu transits ascendant it casts eclipse on the house where Sun is placed.In Dr Singh's Chart Sun is placed in 10th house.

This period may take some test of the Govt in some prestigious matter.The transit of Rahu Sun is not conducive to the Dasa of Rahu Sun as Rahu  is debilitated in the transit in 1st house and Sun is being  eclipsed by the transit of Saturn over it.Though these may bring some shaky moments and very sensitive situation to be handled but since in Navamsa Chart Rahu is exalted in 10th house and Sun is exalted in 9th house this Dasa may result in some better outcome after the testing time.

Earlier the pratyantar of Mercury in Rahu Venus runs from 23rd July to 25th Dec 2010.In this the sookshma of Rahu runs from 18th Oct 2010 to 10th Nov 2010 and that of Saturn runs from 1st Dec to 25th Dec 2010.These periods are also requiring caution and this indicates that there may be some areas where the Govt would be required to act patiently after due deliberations to bring the desired result

Natal Sun in Virgo is facing the transit of Saturn currently and which casts a shadow on the Fame of the Native.The transit of Saturn in Virgo is though 3rd from his Moon Sign Cancer but the transit over Antardasa Lord Sun is not favorable.From 15th March 2011 to 14th April 2011 Sun and Saturn will be in transit opposite to each other which might again  be a phase when there might be some serious issue which may crop before him.Degreewise this aspect will be closer during last week of March and first week of April 2011.

The fiery planet Mars will also be aspecting Sun and Mercury placed in Virgo Sign in Natal Chart from 15th February to 2nd May 2011.Aspect on transit Saturn in Virgo in 10th house and with Sun already aspecting transit Saturn in his 10th house this may ignite a very tough controversy or a tough situation.

In the Indian Independence Chart the Dasa of Sun  Rahu will run from 9th November 2010 to 3rd  October 2011 and this period may see many many political upheavals, fluctuations in the Country.Attempt to level the allegations may be seen.Conspiracies and manipulations may also be there.Since in Navamsa this Sun Rahu form Dwirdwadasa Yoga it  may require more caution as one important ally of India may face some problem or that ally may ditch India in some important matter.The possibility of some  terrorist attack also cannot be ruled out in this period.

IN Vimshottari Dasa system the Dasa of Sun Rahu Rahu runs from 9th November 2010 to 28th December 2010 and Sun Rahu Saturn runs from 10th February 2011 to 3rd April 2011.Sun is in 3rd house and Rahu is in Ascendant which indicates though there may be increase in  Authority in 3rd house but it also indicates that a potential neighbour may stab in the back.Saturn is placed in 4th house  which indicates that this period shall require some caution and many political upheavals are indicated by these Dasas.The probability of some earthquake or related issues might be there.Sun and Saturn being placed in 4th house in Chalit (Cuspal Chart) the stage of the political Drama will be set in the Heart of the Country i.e.Capital New Delhi and the states Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh are also the probability.Rahu, which is in transit through Sagittarius sign, till 5th June 2011 will move in Scorpio sign in 7th house.Scorpio is again the debilitated sign for Rahu and from here it will cast trinal aspect on Natal Sun in 3rd house.Degreewise this aspect will be happening on 13th July 2011 but its effects will be felt from February (when Rahu will be 5.52 Degress in Sagittarius),March (4,23 Degrees in Sagittarius),April(2.44 Degrees) May(1.09 Degrees).20th May 2011 to 13th July 2011 is a period which is ruled by Mercury Rahu in Yogini Dasa which also indicates some problem in communication,media and speculation related matters.

From 1st December 2010 to 15th February 2011 the five planets in 3rd house,Sun Moon Mercury  Venus and Saturn will be facing the debilitated aspect of Mars from Sagittarius and Capricorn Sign and its aspect on Dasa Lord Sun from 5th January 2011 to 15th February 2011 will be requiring caution.10th February 2011 will be a crucial date in this respect as on this date the pratyantar of Saturn in Sun Rahu will begin and Pratyantar dasa and Dasa lord both will be under debilitated aspect of Mars in transit.
