FORECAST OF LOKSABHA ELECTIONS MAILED TO CNN IBN on 10th May 2009

The Independence Day chart for India shows that the Dasa of Sun has begun on 15^th Sept 2009.Last 20 years were ruled by Venus.Venus is Lagna Lord and 6^th house Lord placed in 3^rd house in Cancer Sign.This Venus is Combust and is pitched between Sun and Saturn in same sign.The result witnessed during this period have been multifarious. The progress of Indian in international Business,Film Industry and the Indian Ladies winning laurels abroad.

On the other side the problems of caste and religio conflicts, pseudo religio care and orthodoxism in the relations have also been witnessed.

Currently the transit of Rahu , which is exalted in the birth chart is in Capricorn sign and Jupiter which is placed in the 6^th house in Libra Sign is in Sagittarius Sign , the own sign of Jupiter.From 9^th December 2008 Jupiter will enter Capricorn and there the combination of Rahu and Jupiter will take place in Capricorn Sign which is 9^th house. This combination makes Chandal Yoga where Jupiter is Debilitated will give rise to the orthodox elements in the Religious system to caste their shadow on the major events in the Country.

This combination will take place in February 2009.

In Cong(Chart), The Dasa of Jupiter is likely to begin after 10^th March 2009.Jupiter is placed in 4^th house in Gemini Sign and is also strongly placed in Navamsa in 1^st house in Scorpio Sign with Mars.In Dasamsa this Jupiter is placed in Aries Sign in 5^th house with Mars.

The Jupiter’s period is likely to bring the justice,justifiable and the just right kind of persons to the foreground in Congress. However the debilitation of Jupiter and the combination with Rahu in Capricorn in transit will not let the things run smoothly for them during 2009.But then in long run this Jupiter indicates that they would no longer be required to adjust to others.Their policies will prevail in all necessary vital political and Social matters.

The Chart of Dr Manmohan Singh and Smt Sonia Gandhi also need to be referred to.Dr Manmohan Singh’s Horoscope , as gathered from some Newspapers/Internet shows Rahu’s Major period running and Venus antar till 27-02-2011.Rahu is placed in 3^rd house in Aquarius Sign and in Navamsa it occupies Taurus Sign in 10^th house ( Saturn occupies Aquarius in 7^th house) and in Dasamsa Rahu is occupying Libra Sign in 6^th house with Saturn exalted over there.It is noteworthy that both Saturn and Rahu.The chair of Prime minister is attained by him in the antar of Saturn in Rahu.Hence it is opined that the Dasa of Rahu is likely to keep him in a very powerful state.Apart from Saturn and Rahu , the placement of Sun Mercury in Virgo Sign in 10^th house ,Moon (8^th lord Venus (6^th & 8^th lord) Mars (12^th lord) in 8^th house in Cancer is forming Vipreet Rajyoga .Ascendant Lord Jupiter in 9^th house is too auspicious.

The transit of Jupiter in Capricorn during 9^th December 2008 onwards till Dec 2009 is auspiciously aspecting the trio of Venus Moon Mars and Sun Mercury combination in 10^th house. Hence this transit of Jupiter is likely to be favourable and helpful.

The Chart of Smt Sonia Gandhi shows that the Dasa of Mercury Jupiter is running till 19-12-2009.This Dasa is yielding Rajyoga. Jupiter is placed in 4^th house with own sign Venus.Jupiter is placed in  3^rd house in Aries sign with Mars in Navamsa Chart and in Dasamsa Jupiter is placed in Taurus Sign in 8^th house (Being lord of 3^rd & 6^th house) forming Vipreet Rajyoya.This Jupiter is auspicious till 9^th December 2008 and is aid in continuation of  Rajyoga.

The Pratyantar of Venus would be running from 24^th October 2008 to 11^th March 2009.This Venus is 4^th house lord placed in 4^th house in Libra sign is forming Malavya Yoga, In Navamsa it is placed in Taurus Sign in 4^th house thus attaining sthan(Place)Vargottami. Also in Dasamsa this Venus is Lagna Lord and placed in 9^th house. Being the lord of Sign Taurus (11^th house ) in the Birth Chart where Rahu is placed exaltedly it is yielding Rajyoga.In Dasamsa this Rahu is placed in 10^th house, In Navamsa again Rahu is exalted.Hence this  Dasa may prove to be favourable for her .Along with this in Yogini she is having influence of Venus Mercury from 24^th July 2008 to 14^th July 2009 which is very favourable.Hence in the states elections the party may do well and may snatch minimum one state in the coming elections.

  In transit ,However ,later from 9^th December 2008 to December 2009 this Jupiter becomes debilitated in Capricorn.Which may dilute some of its auspiciousness.

Bhartiya Janta Party  15^th may 2008 to 16^th March 2011 is ruled by Mercury  in Venus and the pratyantar of Venus will  run during 8^th December to 29^th may 2009. Mercury is placed in 9^th house, Venus is placed in 12^th house in Taurus sign. Venus is aspected in transit by Saturn.From ascendant the transit of Saturn and Rahu is good but Rahu is not favourable. In Navamsa and Dasamsa Venus is exalted and is placed in 12^th and 3^rd house respectively. This Venus shows that they may be able to put up a good campaign in the elections but the aspect  of Saturn on Venus is likely to take power in at least one state during the forthcoming elections.The cause is Saturn  and which means there may be unrest in the Labour class regarding the support to the Party.

In the Chart of Shri Lal Krishna Adwani The Dasa of Jupiter which has just ended , (which was placed in 5^th house in own sign Pisces , Exalted in Cancer sign in Navamsa and in friendly sign Scorpio in Dasamsa ),has seen the peak of his career.Now  the Major Period of Saturn has begun on 10^th Sept 2008. Saturn is placed in Scorpio sign in 1^st house and is placed in the 12^th house in same sign in Navamsa Sign and in same sign in Dasamsa Sign.The placement in Natal Lagna Chart is not favourable which indicates that his personality may deteriorate and he should be carefull about his health, but the placement in Navamsa and Dasamsa chart shows some satisfaction for him.9^th November to 7^th January 2009 is ruled by Saturn Venus hence this may give him some satisfaction.Comparatively, it can be easily inferred that the Dasa of Saturn is in no way going to be better or equal to Jupiter;s  which ran in last 16 years.From 19^th March 2009 to 19^th July 2010 he would be under the influence of Saturn Rahu in Yogini which is nor favourable rather may see some obstacles in his way.March to July 2009,10^th april 2010 to 4^th June 2010,4^th Sept 2010 to 7^th Nov 2010 also require caution.

 The Chart of Uma Bharti shows that she is having all the kendras occupied by evil

 planets i.e.Mars in Gemini in 1st house ,Rahu in Virgo in 4th house Saturn in Sagittarius in 7th house and Mercury Ketu in Pisces in 10th house. Amongst these mars and mercury make her speech a bit fiery and at times she utters something undesirable.Rahu is exalted in Virgo and is further having the aspect of Mercury which is the ruler of Virgo making Rahu very auspicious to give results in 42nd to 48th year of her life.Saturn is place exalted in 7th house and Ketu is exalted in 10th house.Ketu is said to give favourable results during 48^th to 50^th year of life.

She is having exalted Sun in 11th house ;  and Own Sign Venus in Taurus in 12th house.

NAVAMSA Rahu Ketu are exalted in Navamsa too.Jupiter is auspiciously placed in Leo in 9th house.Venus is debilitated in Navamsa in 10th house which is not auspicious.

Currently she is running the Dasa of Ketu Mercury.Mercury is not well placed in the Birth Chart.House wise it attains power and also in Dasamsa it is in Gemini sign which is own sign bu t sign wise it is debilitated.Hence she should control over her speech.In Yogini She is running the Dasa of Venus which is in own sign and thus with the favourable transit of Jupiter from her Moon Sign She would be able to make her presence felt in these Elections.
