Nitish Kumar :-(1-3-1951), the existing CM of Bihar is born with Gemini Asendant with Saturn in 4th house,Moon in 6th house,Rahu Jupiter in  9th houe with Mercury and Sun,Mars Venus in 10th house,Ketu in 3rd House.

All the planets shift to  Next house in Chalit Kundali (Cuspal Chart.

Mars Mahadasa with Venus Antar starting from October 2010 alongwith transit of saturn and jupiter  is indicating again success but in cuspal chart Rahu in 8th house in transit,and the forming of Shadashtak of Mars Venus may restrict his own expected success.

In November when the results would be declared Jupiter  , the main planet for Rajyoga in Nitish Kumar's Chart would be in transit through 9th house and would be forming Dwirdwadasa Yoga with Mars and Venus placed over there.Though the combination of Mars Venus is very strong with Venus exalted in 10th house in his chart but in transit this Venus would be forming Shadashtak with Natal positions so this may not be fully effective on its alone in continuance in the office of CM of Bihar.This indicates that he would be needing support of some other major ally or other party also to become the Chief Minister again after the Elections.

RAHUL GANDHI (19-6-1970):The Mahadasa of Moon is running in which the antar of Jupiter would be running from 25^th February 2010 and would last till 28^th June 2011.During the phase of elections in Bihar his chart shows that he would be under the influence of Moon Jupiter Venus.

From 2^nd October 2010 to 30^th October 2010 the period of Moon Jupiter Ketu will run which may be satisfactory to some extent.This MAY result in increase in some base or authority.

 From 30^th Oct 2010 to 19^th January 2011 the period of Juptier Venus in Moon will run.In this period the month 20^th Nov 2010 to 25^th Dec 2010 will be very smooth and better.

The transit of Jupiter Venus and Mars is very appropriate  in his chart.Mars would be able to generate tremendous energy and it would be able to generate a huge amount of interest in the organization to bring out a perceptible improvement in the performance of Cong (I) in the State.There is every possibility that the Cong ( I)  may stage a very sound recovery in this State and would be there as a force to reckon with.

Bihar PCC Chief Mehboob Ali Kaiser(13-5-1958):- In his chart the transit of Jupiter , Mars and Sun be from favorable houses.Mars and Sun would be very strong during the Elections and this would be a benefic factor.

His Chart is also having the exchange of Jupiter and Venus.Jupiter is in Libra sign and Venus is in Pisces its Exalted sign ruled by Jupiter.This is very important yoga in Politics and at the time of Elections the transit Venus would be making the Natal Jupiter very strong and transit Jupiter would be over Natal Venus in Pisces in October 2010.This is causing resurrection of Exchange.What would it indicate ? Cong (I) has nothing to loose in Bihar then Whether any major improvement is on the horizon of Bihar State.Only time will tell but one thing is certain.The Month of November is especially favorable having support of Sun and Mars and Cong(I) is likely to do much better than expected.

DIGVIJAY SINGH (28-2-1947):- Saturn-Rahu period and Saturn Jupiter periods will be important.Currently Rahu is in transit through Sagittarius sign which is forming Shadashtak with Natal Moon till June 2011.Till then he should be careful in making strategies and his political moves and utterances.

Rahu will form favorable aspect w.e.f.June end 2011 when he would once again be at the centrestage of politics and would be one of the most sought after Politician in Cong(I)

Mars , Venus and Jupiter are in favorable transit during the elections.However Rahu is in transit through Sagittarius sign which is forming Shadashtak with Natal Moon as well as Natal Rahu which may elude him the desired level of Success till Middle of 2011.However from  Oct 2010 to Feb 2011 may prove to be somewhat better period which may give some satisfaction.

RAMVILAS PASWAN (5-7-1946):-

Shri Ram Vilas Paswan , is having a number of renowned Yogas in his horoscope.These are Merc-Moon.Exchange , Saturn -Mercury -Venus combination ,Gajkesri Yoga  formed by the combination of Jupiter and Moon in Virgo Sign.

Rahu Ketu Venus Mars and Saturn are well placed in the Navamsa chart which itself is  a very strong Rajyoga.Rahu Ketu Venus are Exalted in Navamsa chart and Saturn and mars arde placed in own Navamsa i.e. Raasi Vargottami.The presence of Benefic planets in quadrants is also a favorable sign.During the Elections he would be running Saturn Mars Rahu.Saturn is placed in 11th house, Mars is forming virpreet rajyoga and Rahu is exalted in Birth chart and Navamsa both.But Rahu is not forming good aspect during the elections.During the Elections Mars will be in Scorpio,Saturn in Virgo  and Rahu in Sagittarius.This  indicates that he might be just able to hold his status in the sense that his party might be able to reach near the earlier Vidhan Sabha seants won in the earlier Elections or may remain just under it.The fair chances are that his number of seats and/or the percentage of votes polled by  his party candidates might be 66% to 80% of the earlier seats/votes.

SHRI LALU YADAV :-His chart is also not suggesting any miracle or any recovery to upstage Shri Nitish Kumar from the chair of Bihar CM.

The available chart shows that he is under the influence of Moon Saturn and Saturn is placed in scorpio sign in Dasamsa Chart showing that there may not be any improvement.At the most some credibility may be there in the shape that he maintains the same performance as of last time.

BJP (6-4-1980):- Running Venus Mercury Saturn during the elections.Venus in own sign in Libra is good.Mercury is placed in 9th house in the chart.Not favorable.Vengus Mercury form shadashtak yoga after 15th Nov 2010.Mercury Saturn placed in good sign and houses in Dasamsa Chart.But they are forming shadashtak in Natal Chart , Navamsa Chart and Dasamsa Chart and as well as in Transit  also Saturn forms Shadashtak with Natal mercury.The result , thus , is not promising and they may have to ultimately struggle to maintain their position of last elections.

SUMMARY & CONCLUSION:-The astrological analysis  indicates that the planetary movements support Nitish Kumar & Cong (I).There is very possibility that Nitish Kumar may again become the leader of the leading Party but the role of Cong ( I ) will be very important in Bihar assembly after the elections of Oct Nov 2010 and Cong (I) is likely to gain the most in terms of number of seats as well as percentage of votes which would be reduced  from the other parties.
