Nitish Kumar :-(1-3-1951), the existing CM of Bihar is born with Gemini Asendant with Saturn in 4th house,Moon in 6th house,Rahu Jupiter in  9th houe with Mercury and Sun,Mars Venus in 10th house,Ketu in 3rd House.

Mars Mahadasa with Venus Antar starting from October 2010 alongwith transit of saturn and jupiter  brought thunderous success.Mars and Venus are both exalted in the D-10 chart also.

Rahu Mahadasa will begin in Middle Nov 2012.What change it brings ? It will depend upon the movement of Rahu in 2013.In Dec 2012 Rahu will enter Libra Sign which is his fifth house in both lagna and D-10 chart.Smoothness is not expected at that time.Thereafter when Rahu enters Leo Sign in Jan 2016 afterwards he can expect some betterment.BJP will run Sun Mahadasa from Middle May 2012 which may require some readjustment and reconciliation on some issues which may attract attention of parties and public.

She is running the antardasa of Saturn in Mercury which means Chidra Dasa.In Yogini she is undergoing the Dasa of Rahu Rahu till  24th June 2012.Rahu is exalted in her birth chart in 

11th house as well as in Navamsa Chart.Hence this should have given good result.But Rahu in transit is in Sagittarius which is the debilitated sign of Rahu and also it is forming Shadashtak with 

Natal Rahu.which is the reason for not so good happenings of events currently.After May 2011 when Rahu moves in Scorpio sign there can be expected some relief.

From 6th December 2010 when Jupiter again moves in Pisces Sign and which is also linked with the  pratyantarof Ketu and beginning of Venus pratyantar which may also give some relief to the Congress (I) 

and it may be aiding the party in regaining some smooth functioning.

DIGVIJAY SINGH (28-2-1947):- Saturn-Rahu period and Saturn Jupiter periods will be important.Currently Rahu is in transit through Sagittarius sign which is forming Shadashtak with Natal Moon till June 2011.Till then he should be careful in making strategies and his political moves and utterances.

Rahu will form favorable aspect w.e.f.June end 2011 when he would once again be at the centrestage of politics and would be one of the most sought after Politician in Cong(I)

Mars , Venus and Jupiter are in favorable transit during the elections.However Rahu is in transit through Sagittarius sign which is forming Shadashtak with Natal Moon as well as Natal Rahu which may elude him the desired level of Success till Middle of 2011.However from  Oct 2010 to Feb 2011 may prove to be somewhat better period which may give some satisfaction.

RAMVILAS PASWAN (5-7-1946):-

Shri Ram Vilas Paswan , is having a number of renowned Yogas in his horoscope.These are Merc-Moon.Exchange , Saturn -Mercury -Venus combination ,Gajkesri Yoga  formed by the combination of Jupiter and Moon in Virgo Sign.

Rahu Ketu Venus Mars and Saturn are well placed in the Navamsa chart which itself is  a very strong Rajyoga.Rahu Ketu Venus are Exalted in Navamsa chart and Saturn and mars arde placed in own Navamsa i.e. Raasi Vargottami.The presence of Benefic planets in quadrants is also a favorable sign.During the Elections he would be running Saturn Mars Rahu.Saturn is placed in 11th house, Mars is forming virpreet rajyoga and Rahu is exalted in Birth chart and Navamsa both.But Rahu is not forming good aspect during the elections.During the Elections Mars will be in Scorpio,Saturn in Virgo  and Rahu in Sagittarius.This  indicates that he might be just able to hold his status in the sense that his party might be able to reach near the earlier Vidhan Sabha seants won in the earlier Elections or may remain just under it.The fair chances are that his number of seats and/or the percentage of votes polled by  his party candidates might be 66% to 80% of the earlier seats/votes.

SHRI LALU YADAV :-His chart is also not suggesting any miracle or any recovery to upstage Shri Nitish Kumar from the chair of Bihar CM.

The available chart shows that he is under the influence of Moon Saturn and Saturn is placed in scorpio sign in Dasamsa Chart showing that there may not be any improvement.At the most some credibility may be there in the shape that he maintains the same performance as of last time.

BJP (6-4-1980):- Running Venus Mercury Saturn during the elections.Venus in own sign in Libra is good and is exalted in Navavmsa.In D-10 chart all the three planets are well placed which brought them victory.The D-10 positions was overlooked by me and moreover these were placed at 1-8th with each other i.e. forming Shadashtak with each other.However in practice it did not prove to be  of any importance in D-10 chart.Result they also got success.

SUMMARY & CONCLUSION:-The astrological analysis  indicated return of power to Shri Nitish Kumar and it was predicted too.But it was the chart of AICC(I) president which was to be considered for the results of Cong (I) which is a mistake done by me earlier.Else the prediction was correct in respect of other parties.
