(1) In the Lagna-chart,Sun & Saturn are placed together,having enmity with each other they afflict each other, diminish each other's result

(2)In Navamsa Chart too, Saturn occupies own Navamsa Aquarius& Sun occupying Leo Navamsa are opposite to each other.

(3)In Cuspal chart, Sun's placement is in 11th only, whereas Saturn is in 12th house.

The position of sub period's lord is12th from the Dasa-lord Saturn. According to Vrihat Hora Parashar's poorva khandeAshtarimshodhyaya sloka 37-38;the result of Sun in Saturn is indicated as below. If Sun is placed in 11th house then it is auspicious,good,gives wealth, son welfare etc.

If Sun is placed in 12th from Saturn then (sloka 39-40)Heart disease, Insult, position loss,sadness, seperation from nearest and dearest is indicated.

Further, it is pertinent to mention here that as a general rule Saturn-Venus period is considered auspicious, yielding Raj Yoga etc,whereas Saturn-Sun is not. In the example given at chart-2,the UF Govt. itself,coincidentally took oath in Saturn - Venus period and in the Saturn - Sun period starting on 13th March97 had to collapse.

According to my calculation based on a different Ayanamsa,the Saturn-Venus period is lasting upto 26-01-1999 & thereafter the sub-period of Sun begins.Coincidentally ,Rahu casts trinal influence on natal (oath time ) Saturn immediately after 15th March 1999.In UF Govt's oath time Navamsa chart, the Saturn & Venus were placed in Libra Navamsa in Ascendant making a very powerful Rajyoga.But Sun was placed in Virgo Navamsa,12th from Saturn.

(4)In Year-chart of this Govt., Mercury is Muntha Lord and placed in Pisces (debilitated sign) in the 8th house whose Mudda dasa begins from 19th March99 to 10th May 99.In the same period of the Yogini Sankata runs for the PM from 15th March to 5th June 99 indicating more and more troubles and unforeseen hindrances, complicated developments.
