Story: The film is a spoof on the underworld. Govinda's character is supposed to be a Bihari boy who comes to Bombay with nothing in his hands. Inadvertently, the boy gets caught in the underworld ring, when he is mistaken for one of the dons' son. Things come to such a head that his marriage is fixed with another don's daughter. How Govinda keeps fooling all of them right till the end; how he is almost found out several times and still gets out of these tricky situations; and how he gets all of them arrested in the end forms the rest of the story.
