LIBRA people may have a tough 1st half with tensions increasing due to the combination of Rahu & Saturn in 8th house from 8th Jan to 8th April.Special care is required in all respects .Accidents, fire, raids, opponents may disturb you. Old patients with ill health  may require extra precaution. The situation may ease after 8th April when Saturn leaves TAURUS and enters GEMINI in 9th house which may increase the luck.Rahu also leaves Taurus on 5th Sept 2003 and thus dilutes the hindrances.
