Atal Bihari Vajpayee:-There are various Yogas present in this Horoscope. Exalted Saturn forming Shash yoga;Budhaditya Yoga in 3rd house;Debilitated Moon;Own Sign Jup in 3rd house.Rahu is in 10th house in Cancer Sign.

The combination of Jupiter and Sun in 3rd house and the combination of Sun and Mercury in 3rd house is a very powerful Yoga which increases the authority of the person. 

Rahu in 10th house gives a person rise in its Mahadasa and antardasa and in the years 42-47,77 to 82.This Rahu has travelled 8.24 degrees in the Cancer sign which indicates that he ought to have received the  result at a time when he was 1years and 5months younger to 77 which makes his age 75 years and 7 months i.e.25th July 1999 or 25th July 2000 and its effect could be felt upto 25th July 2004 or 25th July 2005.

He became the Prime Minister of India in 1999 when the period of Rahu Venus was running and in his Navamsa chart Venus is present in own sign Libra in 9th house and is the lord of 4th house and 9th house making a very powerful Rajyoga. In Oct 99 he again became the Prime Minister of India after the elections when the period of Rahu Sun was running. This Sun is placed in 3rd house which is very powerful and it increases the authority. 

Currently Antar of Jupiter in Jupiter is running which would continue till 13th April 2005.Jupiter Jupiter Mercury is running till 27th Jan 2004 an there after Ketu would run till 

From Feb 2002 the subperiod of Mars was running in major period of Rahu.Mars is in 6th house and is lord of 2nd & 7th house.Both these houses are known as Marak Sthan[Deadly malefic].Along with this the Mars is placed in 6th house.

In the year 2002 the planets Jupiter,Saturn & Rahu were not  favorable in transit.The indications of some adverse situations were there from 25th Nov.2001 itself.

In the year 2004 he would be running Jupiter Jupiter  Venus from 12th March 2004 to 20th July 2004.Venus is the lord of 1st and 8th house and is placed in 12th house from Jupiter in Birth chart and Jupiter is placed in 12th from 4th house the house of Public support in Birth chart as such the situation is not auspicious in elections and there may be some setback.

In Yogini the period of Ulka Dhanya Sidhha would run from 22nd march to 12 th April only which is going to be a favorable phase.After that there may be some setbacks.

17th Feb to 28th July 2004 is a period of Venus Jupiter Venus in BJP's Birth chart and  20th March 04 to 5th April 2004 is a period of Pingla Bhramri Sidhdha in Yogini Dasa in BJP's chart.After 5th April 04 the period of Sankata runs which is not auspicious.Venus is placed in Taurus Sign in BJP's chart and is in own sign Jupiter is placed in Leo sign in 3rd house and is in transit through the same sign till 27th august 2004 which makes it beneficiary.

Dr Murlimanohar Joshi is running Jupiter Mercury till June 04 followed by Jupiter Ketu..Jupiter is in Virgo and Mercury is in Sagittarius forming Exchange of houses.Jupiter ketu form 1-11 house relationship in Birth chart and in Navamsa Jupiter is Raasi Vargottami and Ketu is exalted in 8th house.In yogini he is running Bhadrika Sidha from 11th May 04 to April 05.He has a better time ahead in 2004 end and 2005.  

LAL KRISHNA ADVANI is running the period of Jupiter Moon from 11th Jan 2004 which would continue till 12th May 2005.This period is going to be an extraordinary phase in his life as Jupiter and Moon both are exalted in Navamsa chart in 8th and 6th house respectively. In Birth chart Jupiter forms Hamsa Yoga occupying Pisces sign in 4th house in Cuspal chart.Moon is lord of 9th house and  occupies 5th house in Aries sign in Cuspal chart.This followed by Mars is going to be very crucial period for him as Mars is placed in Libra sign in 12th house making Vipreet Rajayoga and in Navamsa it occupies Aquarius Sign in 3rd house and is likely to confer Rajayoga in some unnatural circumstances.In Yogini he is running Sidha in Bhadrika till July 2004 which is beneficial and indicates success.

Pramod Mahajan is running Ulka Pingla Sidha from 25th march 04 to 17th April 2004 which is beneficial.In Vimshottari he would be running Saturn Rahu from 18th Feb 2004.Natal Saturn is aspected by transit Saturn from Gemini Sign and transit Rahu is over Natal Rahu which makes the situation extremely beneficial for him and this indicates that he is going to play a key role in elections and also that in Maharashtra he is going to play significant role and would get good results.

Sushma Swaraj is running Jupiter Rahu from August 2003 and the antar of Jupier would be running from 2nd week of Dec 03 to march 04 followed by Saturn till Middle August 04.Jupiter forms Hamsa Yoga and Rahu is placed in 3rd house in Aquarius sign though Jupiter Rahu forms 1-12th relationship in Birth chart but the presence of Rahu in 3rd house is very strong and the current transit of Rahu Jupiter is 1-7th house and Rahu Saturn is in 1-5th house.In yogini she would be running Dhanya Sidha from middle 03 to middle 04 which indicates better position of BJP in Loksabha in Delhi and also in other states where she plays important role.She is also having the exchange of Mercury Satrun in Aquarius and Virgo Sign respectively indicating that she is poised to make Bjp once again stronger in Delhi.And this may happen after Oct 2006 when Saturn transits in Virgo and Rahu transits in Leo.

and Raman singh is also having favorable oath chart in this year thus indicating good success for the BJP in these states.

Bal thackeray is running Mercury Venus Saturn till 1st week of June 04.Mercury is well placed and Venus is in Kendra in 1st hosue in Birth chart and in 7th house in Navamsa chart.Mercury is place vargottami in Navamsa Saturn is in 11th house and is exalted in Navamsa all these are favorable and better.But in transit Saturn is not favorble and the yogini too is not favorable from March 04 running Sankata Bhramari.Hence the overall expected success may elude him.

Chandra shekhar is running Ketu Jupiter Ketu is exalted in Birth chart in 9th house and debilitated in Navamsa chart in 7th house.Jupiter is in 11th house and is under aspect from transit Jupiter from Leo.Jupiter  is in Gemini with Ketu in Navamsa chart in 7th house.Indicating good status but the transit of Saturn in Gemini is not favorable to him.

George Fernandes is having Rahu in Aries,Venus Mercury exchange in 3rd and  2nd house in Gemini and Taurus,saturn in Sagittarius[R],Exchange of Saturn Mercury in Navamsa chart in Virgo and Capricorn respectively in 12th and 4th house respectively.Venus exalted in Navamsa.

Currently he is running Jupiter Venus Rahu from middle Jan 04 to 1st week of 04 the presence of Jupiter in Leo,Rahu in Aries in Natal chart and transit,Exalted Venus in Pisces in Navamsa.In transit Saturn aspects Natal Saturn form Gemini to Sagittarius and is placed in 3rd house from Ascendant and 11th from Moon Sign Leo.In yogini he having Bhadrika Dhanya from March 04 to July 04.All these indicate that he is going to be very successful in all his efforts in the coming Loksabha Elections.

Mamta Bannerji is running the Period of Sun in Jupiter till middle 04 and this would be followed by Moon in Jupiter.She would have better time from 2nd half of 2004 however she may not be able to achieve much success in WB in coming Loksabha Elections but she may not get the desired no of seats for substantiating her claim for more power in WB in future.

Jyoti Basu IN NAVAMSA is having exalted Saturn,Venus forming Malavya Yoga and exalted Sun,Sign Vargottami Mars ketu in 6th house,Raasi Vargottami Moon Rahu in Capricorn and Aquarius respectively making him a very strong leader.

He is running Mercury Saturn till Sept 05 and the and the antar of Venus from 17th Jan 04 to 29th June 04 indicating some positive developments for him.He is running  Bhadrika Sidha in Yogini  till August 04.

Sharad Pawar is having Saturn debilitated in 6th house and Mercury is in 1st house in Scorpio.Saturn Mercury form 1st 8th house relationship.Saturn is lord of 3rd and 4th house and Mercury is lord of 8th and 11th house.Saturn is in Gemini in transit which is 3rd from Moon sign which is very good and 8th house from Ascendant where Mercury is placed which indicates that he may make some wrong decisions in this period  from 27th March to 18th April 2004 .In yogini he is running Dhanya Sankata which is average.

K Karunakaran is running Mercury Jupiter till  April 04.Mercury is placed in Gemini in own sign and is raasi Vargottami in Navamsa too.Jupiter is placed in Gemini and thus indicating average+ success in coming elections.He is running Sankata Ulka from 15th Feb 04  in Yogini which is not beneficial and there may be some trouble.

M karunanidhi is running Ketu Jupiter.Ketu jupiter form 1-7th house relationship in Natal transit chart which is good but Jupiter is debilitated in Navamsa chart which is not favorable.

Ramvilas paswan is running Saturn Ketu currently and Saturn is placed in Capricorn sign in Birth chart it is also Raasi Vargottami and in transit also it is very favorably strengthening Natal Saturn.Ketu is in 3d house in natal chart and is exalted in 9th house in Navamsa indicating very strong and favorable results for him after the elections. Though Yogini is not favourable it is average but he is going to be comfortable after these elections.

Farooq abdullah is running Saturn Mercury in these elections.Saturn is placed in Pisces sign and Mercury is exalted in Both charts Birth and Navamsa indicating good success to him.In pratyantar he is running Rahu which is powerful in Birth chart but negative in Transit from Mercury.He is running Bhramri Sidha till May 04 which is favorable.

Omar Abdullah is running Sun Jupiter currently which is better but Jupiter is debilitated in Navamsa  reducing the results.

Sonia Gandhi is running Mercury Venus Rahu till May 04.Rahu is not favorably placed in Birth chart from Venus and in transit also it is not favorable.Hence she may have to face a lot of criticism and hindrances in elections.Although the yogini is favorable from 1st Dec 03 when Sidha Sidha started but it is of no help as has been seen recently.However the effects of it could not be seen before 1st DEc 2003 but after that it is favorable for her.Also she is running Mercury Venus which forms Malavya Yoga and is lord of 4th house indicating good success for her.The moon sign Gemini is having the transit of Satrun which is negative and Saturn is also placed 12th from Natal Saturn indicating less success.

AICC is running Rahu Venus.Rahu is in  8th house and in exalted sign and in Navamsa too it is exalted.Venus is well placed in Birth chart.But in Navamsa it is in Cancer sign in 6th house and in Yogini it is running Ulka Bhadrika till 1st week of June 04.After that Siddha would run which is very auspicious.The transit of Rahu is the main cause of the trouble and hindrances coming in the way of Congress.Rahu is currently in transit through 8th house from Natal Moon and Rahu and thus it is the chief cause for the limitations of the party.

Arjun Singh is running Jupiter Sun Saturn in March 04 and is running Bhadrika till April 04.Jupiter is aspiring exaltation in Birth chart and Sun is debilitated.The Sun Saturn period is not favorable.The favorable thing is the transit of Saturn in Gemini and that too is good from Natal Satrun and Moon.From Ascendant it is avarage.Hence he may have good time in Congress only after June 04.

ND Tiwari is running Venus Mars Rahu from middle Feb 04.Mars is placed in enimic sign in Both Birth and Navamsa chart and is likely to cause some harm.Rahu is favorable in Birth chart but is not favorable in transit chart from Mars thus indicating some losses but since it would be in Mars sign the losses would be controlled.However some tension is likely to be there for him in 1st half of 2004.

Priyanka Gandhi is running Dhanya Sidha from March 04 and the period of VEnus Venus is running till 10th April 04.HEr moon sign is Scorpio which is facing adversity of Saturn hence no significant outstanding period.HOwever yogini indicates contentment for her.SHe is having Hamsa yoga in Birth chart and Bhadra Yoga in Navamsa.Exchange of VEnus and Saturn in Birth chart in 12th and 9th house and these occupy own Navamsa.She is having same ascendant in Birth and Navamsa chart making it a powerful Yoga.

P.V.Narsimha Rao is running Rahu Saturn Mercury till April 04.Rahu is Raasi Vargottami in Navamsa and is in 10th house.Mercury is also Rasi Vargottami in own sign Gemini indicating better time.

Raabri Devi is running Moon Rahu till May 04 and is having Rahu placed in exalted sign in both Birth and Navamsa charts indicating survival of the power.The favorable yogini of ULka sidha till Sept 04 and which is very good..The transit of Saturn in Gemini may yield satisfactory results for her.

But later when Ulka Sankata starts and the transit of Saturn in Cancer which is her moon sign and which forms 1st -8th house relationship with Natal Moon and Natal Saturn coinciding with Moon Saturn period after Sept 05 may see struggle for her.

N Chandra Babu Naidu the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh would be running Jupiter Mercury Sun in April 04.Jupiter forms Hamsa yoga and Mercury is in 2nd house in Birth chart and is in Gemini sign in Navamsa.These planetary configuration indicate success for him in the coming elections.In yogini he is running bhramari bhadrika which is average.

Mulayam Singh Yadav became C.M of UP in Sun Jupiter period.Jupiter is in own sign Pisces in 9th house and is 5th from Sun.He was running Pingla Siddha in Yogini in 2nd half of 2003.Now he is running Sun Saturn from Feb 04.Saturn is exalted in Birth chart and Navamsa chart both and is in transit through Gemini which is 12th house from Ascendant and 8th house from Sun sign Scorpio.During the elections he would be running Pingla Sankata which is again trouble some and would cause some setbacks in the elections.The year chart indicates some good placements and the transit of Mars is also good but the transit of Sun Saturn is also not good.

Amar Singh is under the influence of Venus Rahu.Venus is exalted in the Birth Chart and is sthan vargottami in the Navamsa chart thus is giving excellent results.He may have improved financial and political status in the coming few years.
