Shri K.N.Rao predicted on a Hindi TV channel "AAJ TAK" about the Congress party that  Congress is having Pisces Ascendant and Rahu sun is running. ketu is in ascendant and Rahu Moon together in 7th house.There may be some problems regarding fame of the party when Rahu Moon begins in middle 2006.The  problem in foreign related matter due to moon in 7th house.

The karmicastro astrologer P.P.S.Chawla analyzes the congress horoscope on the basis of Aquarius ascendant which is having Venus in 11th house in sagittarius sign and Rahu Moon combination is in 8th house.Moon being 6th lord and is in 8th house thus forming Vipreet Rajyoga and with Rahu which is exalted in Virgo Sign brings political acumen.

The success of Congress in Elections during 2004 first half are attributed to Rahu Venus .Venus is yogakari in Aquarius ascendant and thus can be attributed to success of the party during the elections. And this venus cannot yield to rajyoga  in Pisces ascendant where it  becomes malefic by owing 3rd and 8th house placed in 10th house.

Rahu Ven is running and is likely to run till Middle 2006 followed by Sun 
which in Rahu brings such attempts to fame. Sun is the karak planet for Fame and Rahu is the karak planet for Politics.Their relationship indicates that if at all there has to be some attempt to malign the image of the party in some manner it may be in Sun's period.
