    OATHThe Saturn-Venus period beginning from Sept.2000 would be a mixed one ; Venus , though gives good results in Saturn's period as a thumb Rule is not so beneficially  placed in    asc.,chart. Because it is 7th & 12th lord for Scorpio Asc.. In Navamsa too it is placed in 8th house occupying    Cancer sign. Though in Navamsa it is 6th & 11th lord as such the overall impact may not be negative.The transit of Saturn in Taurus, which is 8th from the Natal Saturn is also indicating that from June 2000 onwards adequate  precautions should be taken.

OATHMoon is placed in 1st house in Asc.Scorpio in Oath taking chart.   This is lord of 9th  house and in Navamsa it  is placed in 10th house being lord of 8th this is not poised to engender positive results.The eclipse of Moon ,in Gemini,on 9th Jan.2001 may also indicate to be an eclipse of Central Govt.The sub-sub period of Venus in Saturn and the antara of Saturn in it may not be favorable to the Govt.Venus is placed in Moon's sign cancer in 8th house in Navamsa which indicates that this time  again some member of opposite sex only may give shock.{Mars-Saturn 6-8 and opposition  till 5th March2001}.In the year chart for the Govt.Mercury is placed in 8th house along with Venus in Libra sign. Venus is lord of 3rd & 8th in Pisces Asc. thus turns a little malefic .Mercury ,lord of 4th & 7th is placed in 8th house and is debilitated in Navamsa in 9th house in cancer Asc. thus as lord of 3rd & 12th in Navamsa it should take reasonable steps for the feminine gender and also it should be cautious from fellow female members esp. those who are unmarried.This indicates that in the Govt. Mamta Bannerji and outside Jailalita may bring some anxious moments for the Govt.

BIRTH CHARTIn Shri Vajpayee's Birth Chart the period of Rahu-Moon is running currently.

 The Moon is getting eclipsed on 9th Jan.2001.This may not be good for Shri Vajpayee as Moon,10th House lord is debilitated in 2nd house in Shri Vajpayee's chart. Since the same is taking place in Gemini Sign which is 8th from the Moon Sign, Scorpio , of Shri Vajpayee the results may not be favorable for Shri Vajpayee. He should be careful about some strange & mysterious unexpected happenings  which may not be good for the Government. Further the sub-sub period of  Rahu beginning from 23rd Oct.2000 to 13th Jan.2001 may also require caution to be taken.The sub-sub period of Saturn begining grom 27th March2001 to 22nd June 2001 would also require caution to be taken.{678( From 14th March2001 to 16th June 2001)}

LUNAR ECLIPSE taking place on 9th Jan2001 is going to make the things difficult for the BJP led coalition Govt. And in the Next one and a half year the things would be really difficult. 

In the Year 2004 the period of Saturn Sun would run.Saturn Sun are though favorable placed in the Oath chart and particularly the Navamsa where Saturn in exalted in 11th house and Sun is in own sign in 9th house.But during this year the period of 15th Jan 04 to 7th march 04 is governed by the sub sub period of Rahu and 23rd April to 16th June 04 would be  governed by the sub sub period of Saturn which may bring some anxious moments for the Govt.
